It started with a feed store in Tom Bean, Texas, where people gathered, meet, and got reacquainted. We knew that good coffee was a staple while folks shared ideas and their love of this small-town. So, we enlisted a coffee guru and roasted a great line of coffees.

Across the street, the firetrucks were washed and the emergency sirens were tested at noon on Fridays. We learned about the volunteer firefighters’ families, their day jobs, and the tight budgets they work within - sometimes going without necessary equipment due to budget constraints.
